Contractors are installing our new street signs March 1-3 and we hope you like the considerable upgrade! This should help increase the desirability of our neighborhood and help us keep pace with many of the new communities springing up around us.

Comporium's Gigabit Internet Service

The board was contacted by Comporium and they should have the south side of the Bailiwyck community ready for high-speed gigabit internet service by 1/9/2017 if their construction remains on schedule. The north side of the community should be ready in mid- to late-January.

A big thanks to everyone who came out to our annual meeting on the pool deck. Kudos to everyone who braved the heat, although it was much more pleasant than I imagined. Shade and ceiling fans, I also thank you!

Grounds Meeting
Monday, October 2nd, 7:00 pm at Clubhouse
Please feel free to stop by if you wish to help manage the Bailiwyck grounds and various amenities such as playground, ponds, walkways, etc. While the grounds committee meets monthly there are also other opportunities to volunteer for one-time, specific tasks if you wish to help out. Please email grounds@bailiwyck.com if you have any questions.

[moved back one week from our regular first Tuesday of the month]
