Hi everyone! We had a pretty mild winter and spring seems to have arrived pretty early this year. I hope you enjoyed it and I feel for the skiers (like me) who had to travel a bit farther to find good snow.

Hello neighbors!

As the new president of your board of directors I first want to ask, "How in the world did I get into this situation???" :)

Debris on HOA property
Posted on Jul 25th, 2016 Comments (0)
Please keep our neighborhood clean and be respectful of others. We understand that it is often not easy to get rid of natural debris, however, there are viable options and there is no excuse for dumping any kind of debris on community property or the few vacant lots in the community. This commonly occurs by the entrance to the nature preserve on Cranborne Chase and lately there has been debris dumped between bushes on the Pleasant Road berm.

This illegal dumping is costing everyone money to have it cleaned up and will not be tolerated. Homeowners are encouraged to contact the York Co. Sheriff's Office if they see someone dumping debris.
